Our consulting engagements and trainings are designed with one purpose in mind – to make sure that we satisfy your needs in order to maximize your organization’s impact.

Most engagements begin with an initial interview from which we can gather background information and better understand the questions that you’re looking to answer. Our proposal will demonstrate that we understand your needs and outline a workplan designed to address them. It will also lay out clear deliverables, time frames and fees for your project.

The proposal will also include a process map – showing you the key path to meeting your needs. This map may change as the engagement progresses, but it will always serve as a legend for your consulting engagement.

Change within organizations requires a commitment from staff and board. Depending on the nature of the engagement our work will be with one person or an entire task force. The important aspect is that we have the right people in the room to make decisions and implement change.

Lastly, Spectrum makes a commitment to re-visit each organization for a complimentary follow up either six months or one year after the end of the engagement. The follow up provides an opportunity to evaluate the success of the project and help troubleshoot any problems with implementation. Our goal is to help you succeed.
